<p>- 200 meter <strong>sprint</strong> / rest 1 minute<br />
- 20 push ups / rest 30 seconds</p>
<p>- 200 meter <strong>running backwards</strong> / rest 1 minute<br />
- 20 push ups / rest 30 seconds</p>
<p>- 200 meter <strong>side shuffle</strong> (right side) / rest 1 minute<br />
- 20 push ups / rest 30 seconds</p>
<p>- 200 meter <strong>side shuffle</strong> (left side) / rest 1 minute<br />
- 20 push ups / rest 30 seconds</p>
