Core Conditioning

Today’s core conditioning ab workout will electrify your core! Take some time today and focus on core strength for strong lean abs!
Warm up:  jog 800 meters (or 2 laps around the track) 25 air squats, and 25 lunges
Exercises:
- 1 min sit ups
- 1 min leg lifts
- 1 min bicycle crunches
