<p><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: #000000; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Workout</strong>: Max DB swings or Kettle Bell swings in 10 minutes (men 55LBS women 35LBS) Beginners 5 minutes and scale weight as needed.  Once the DB or KB touches the ground you are done. Record your time.</span></p>
