Warm up: Indoor row for 1k, or your choice of cardio equipment for 10 minutes, 1 minute planks
Chest Workout Routine:
- 10 Hang power cleans: 85 — 115 LBS men, 45 — 65LBS [...]

Power Up

Power it up with his upper body workout routine using body weight, bar and kettlebells.
Warm up: 10 minutes of cardio (your choice) or Row 1k.
Workout:
- 10 Hang power cleans: Men 115 lbs, Women 45-75 lbs
- 10 Pull ups (use leg band if needed)
- 10 Diamond push ups or Body weight bench press
- 10 Kettle [...]

Only the Strong

Warm up: 10 minutes on elliptical machine, 2 minute planks, 10 lunges on each side
Workout:
- 10 hang power cleans (Men 95 lbs, Women 45 lb bar)
- 20 push ups
- 20 air squats
- 20 crunches
- 5 rounds for time
