Upper Body

Workout today is all about the Dumbbell,  I hope you have some Dumbbells at home or at the gym.  One of my favorite pieces of in home equipment is the Power Block.  It is by far one of the best Fitness products I own.

Warm up: 800 meter run, 10 hyper extensions, 10 standing broad jumps, 10 jumping pull ups x 2

Workout: Max DB swings or Kettle Bell swings in 10 minutes (men 55LBS women 35LBS) Beginners 5 minutes and scale weight as needed.  Once the DB or KB touches the ground you are done. Record your time.

#2 Max One are DB or KB Hang Power snatches in 10 minutes (M 45LBS and W 25LBS) Switch arms as needed. beginners 5 minutes scale weight as needed. Record total snatches.
