I Got 5 On it

Today’s full body workout is another killer circuit! You will get your overall cardio workout and burn fat for hours after only 20 minutes of the circuit… I got 5 on it! 5dollar

Warm up: Run 800 meters (2 laps), 2 min planks (beginners 1 min)

Workout:
- 5 Burpees
- 5 Box Jumps
- 5 Dive Bomber push ups
- 5 air squat jumps
- 5 Sumo Dead lift High Pulls
- 30 second rest the repeat circuit 5 times
