Weekend Quickie

QuickieMake time this weekend for a full body workout quickie that will boost your metabolism and make you feel oh so much better!

Warm up: 800 meter run (2 laps around track) 2 sets of 1 minute planks

Workout:

- sumo dead lift high pull 20 reps; Men 75 lb barbell, Women 45 lb barbell
- dumbbell thrusters 20 reps; Men 25 lb dumbbells, Women 15 lb dumbbells
- complete 5 rounds for time
