Taylor Ryan

January 14, 2010 by Joe Gigantino

This is a killer full body circuit workout from Taylor Ryan.  Build muscle, endurance and strength with this workout routine while burning off calories and fat for hours after the workout is over!

For this circuit workout, aim to do it 3 times with just 60-90 second rest periods. Remember complete the ENTIRE workout before resting… rest and do it all over again (and again)!
