Sumo High

i_love_sumoThis workout today is all Sumo style! You will get a fast paced workout focusing on these 2 basic exercises; the Sumo dead lift high pull and jumping squats.

Warm up: 800 meter run (2 laps around track) 2 sets of 20 full sit ups

Workout:

- a total of 100 reps Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls for time; Men 75 lbs, Women 45lbs
- 100 is your goal number! You can take breaks as needed to reach your goal. To keep moving and your heart rate up during breaks, each time the barbell is set down to rest you have to do 20 jumping squats!
