Take the Stairs

Sometimes I have to remind myself to take the stairs instead of the elevator, or think to myself… Do I really need to find a parking space right in front? Why not enjoy the walk?! Try this stair workout that will shred your legs!

StairsWarm up: 5 min jump rope, 2 sets of 25 crunches, 2 sets of 25 push ups

Workout:

- 100 floors on the stair master for time. (beginners can modify – see how long you can go!)
- 100 floors equals 2 miles
- If u don’t have access to a stair master run up the bleachers at a local high school/college or use the stairs at your house or office.
- post your time!
