Today’s full body workout routine is packed with sprints, plus lower and upper body intervals. This workout will get your heart rate up, help with powerful starts and overall training, plus sprinting is great for boosting metabolism and burning fat! Best to do this workout on a track but it can also be done on a treadmill and use a hallway or outside your club for the broad jumps. 
Warm up: Jog 800 meters, 20 push ups, 20 crunches
Workout Routine:
- Run (sprint) 200m, 25 push ups
- 25 Broad jumps, 25 push ups
- Do this cycle 4 times as fast as you can. Post your time!
- Totals; 800 meters, 200 push ups, 100 broad jumps. Beginners scale as needed. (example: cut workout in 1/2)
