Keep it Simple

Let’s keep it simple today with a shortened interval workout circuit focusing on the snatch.

Warm up: 100 jumping jacks or 5 minute indoor row
Workout:
- 15 reps Full Snatch; Men -- 95 lbs, Women -- 45 or 65 (beginners start with small bar or replace with back squats)
- Run 400 meters
- repeat this circuit 5 rounds for time (beginner’s 3-4 rounds)
