P90X Legs

Today’s leg workout is a killer! Enjoy this free lower body workout that features P90X Plyometric movements from Michelle West, a P90x and Beachbody coach. Yes, you can have leaner stronger legs -- work them out!
Warm up: jog 800 meters (2 laps around track)
Workout:
- Jump Squat (30 seconds)
- Run Stance Squat (30 seconds)
- Airborne Heisman (30 seconds)
- Swing Kick (60 seconds)
(30 Second break then Repeat Circuit 4 times)
Cool Down Stretch: Easy Jump Rope, Slow Marching with Low Kicks, Wide Leg Bent-Over Hamstring Stretch, Downward Dog with Calf Stretch, Quad Stretch.

Awesome work out. The P90X legs and back work out does theses exercises but you also are doing a few rounds of pull ups with different grips.
