My Humps…

Let’s get this lower body leg and but workout started! As Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas would say, “…My humps, my humps, my lovely lady lumps, check it out!” This workout is all about the hips and humps!
Warm up: 400 meters run
Workout: 15 min workout blast!
- 1st exercise side lunges 1 min
- 2nd exercise box jump 24″ men 18″ women! 1 min
- 3rd exercise jumping lunges 1 min
- each exercise is done for 1 min and for 5 rounds for a total of 15 min. Add your total reps of each each exercise and each round, then post!
Word for today = Try!
