When we look at photos of Michelle Obama, we can’t help but notice her long, lean and toned arms. Both the First Lady and President Obama say they work out several times a week to stay healthy and in shape. Here is a great full body workout by Sydney’s Fat Loss Expert, Daniel Munday that focuses on strong, lean and defined arms.
Warm up: 2 sets of 50 jumping jacks, 5 minutes rowing

- 1 min Wall sit with arms extended
- 10 Plyometric Jumps
- 15 Push Ups
- Glute Bridge March 15 each side
- 15 Diamond Push Ups
- Side Plank 30 secs each side
- repeat circuit 4 times (beginners 3 times)

I love Michelle Obama’s arms! I could only dream of having arms like hers. I know Barack Obana is a great speaker but when the two of them are together I am always looking at her arms. I would love to know what kind of work out she does at the gym.
I may not agree with her politics, but it’s nice to see the first lady working out.
Michelle Obama toned muscles remind me of the importance of exercising as a mean 6to relieve stress and of taking time to weigh balance in life. She has a lot on her plate but still seems to lead a very healthy life.
