Master the Stairs

Workout your quads, hamstrings and glutes for a tighter lower body and but! Try this stair workout that will shred your legs. If you don’t have access to a stair master use the bleachers at a local high school/college or use the stairs at your house or office.stair run

Warm up: 10 minute jog on treadmill or track, 2 sets of 25 crunches, 2 sets of 25 push ups

Workout:

- 20 floors on the stair master
- 5 floors side step “  from the right
- 20 floors
- 5 floors side step ” from the left

(and repeat)

- 20 floors on the stair master
- 5 floors side step “  from the right
- 20 floors
- 5 floors side step ” from the left

- Complete a total of 100 floors (equals 2 miles) beginners can modify to a total of 60 to 80 see how long you can go!
- How long did it take you to complete 100 floors? …Post your time!
