I took a page from one of your workouts yesterday. Went to the track and did some laps (6 total) after each lap, I did a set of 15 pushups and squats. Finished off with some bearcrawls. Not a monster workout, but considering, I&#039;m just starting to run it&#039;s not bad.
Thinking of dragging my kettlebell out there next, hit some snatches or swings after each lap!
