Today, maximize this upper body workout incorporating core strength. Yesterday I spent some time watching a few of my favorite teams play football. - Lifting Weights After Surgery I am so glad that I can workout again. I haven't been able to lift any weights since my appendix surgery in December. I wanted to and felt I could, but my doctor told me to lay off until January. Well, it's January dammit and I'm back with a vengeance!......

Joe, great pic. Didn’t know there was a Dunlap position on the line
makes me want to run more…
I took a page from one of your workouts yesterday. Went to the track and did some laps (6 total) after each lap, I did a set of 15 pushups and squats. Finished off with some bearcrawls. Not a monster workout, but considering, I’m just starting to run it’s not bad.
Thinking of dragging my kettlebell out there next, hit some snatches or swings after each lap!
