Christmas Workout

Today’s full body workout routine is all about muscle endurance and getting the best out of your workout before the Holiday break.  Fight off gaining those pesky Holiday pounds with this intense workout. Give 100% in these exercises and feel the burn!

Warm up: jog 800 meters, 5 minutes indoor rowsanta-scale

Workout Routine:

Men = 95lb barbell
Women = 45lb barbell

- 7 burpees
- 7 sumo dead lift high pulls
- 7 full sit ups
- 7 thrusters
- 7 mountain climbers
- 7 hang power cleans if you do not know how to do a hang power clean, do barbell shrugs

- Do as many rounds as you can at max intensity for 25 minutes How many rounds did you do?
