August 17, 2009 by Joe Gigantino
Here’s a chest and back workout for today:
Warm up: 2 minute max amount of push pups, 15 minutes on treadmill or elliptical (moderate intensity)
Workout:
- Bench press & Lat pull downs or pull ups
15, 10, 5, 3, 1 = these are the reps you will do for each exercise. Every new set go heavier on the weight. If you fail to get the correct number you need to redo the set! Stay accountable ![]()
- Finish off with 2 sets of 2 minute planks for core work (beginners – 1 min)
Word of the day is: ACCOUNTABILITY
I teach my kids that they have to take responsibility for everything that happens to them. What does Accountability mean to you?
