The Best Chest
January 6, 2010 by Joe Gigantino
Today’s workout routine is simple and focuses on the chest. The best way to do this upper body workout is with a partner taking turns. I have found that working with a partner challenges you and intensifies the workout, making this one of the best chest workouts!
Warm up: 10 minutes on elliptical machine, then 5 minutes indoor row
Chest Workout Routine:
- Dumb bell Incline Bench Press
- Push ups (double the reps)
