Animal Style

Go wild and have fun with this Animal Style workout! You will feel your legs and arms burn as you crawl, walk and hop. During this heart racing workout, you will shed that unwanted fat… animal style!
Cheetah
Warm up: jog 400 meters (or once around the track)

Full Body Workout Routine:
- do each animal exercise for a distance of 50 meters (beginners 25 meters) (beginners will need to scale and modify the crawl and walks)
- Alligator crawl
- Bear walk (adv; use kettle bells)
- Bunny hop
- Crab walk
- Duck walk
- complete 5 rounds, beginners 3-4 rounds. Post your time and how many rounds you did!

    Def can utilize some of these in the pool… bunny hop, duck walk (slightly modified cuz i’m only 5′ tall with a 3′ pool.. lol) & bear walk…. all gonna get added!

    Keep it up.. I’ll keep working them into MY routine! I’m averaging 3+ lbs a week now!
