		<description>Great post!!  Each point is so essential.  The biggest thing is preparing yourself.  Get yourself ready to go or YOU WON&#039;T!!!  Don&#039;t give you.  You just have to get in a routine and consistency and results will come!  I love what you said about being modest.  I think people really do like that.  But be yourself.  Have fun with the workouts.  Don&#039;t forget your iPod for that extra energy boost!!  Drink and eat a healthy snack is vital.  Thanks for sharing!!
