Taking the time to exercise is one of the most rewarding things I've ever done for myself. A few years ago, I quite smoking, and took the next day to hike the steepest, tallest mountain in town. I definitely wasn't thinking about smoking, and it made me feel so great that staying away from the cigarettes wasn't such a chore. So I traded my cigarettes for vigorous workouts, and not only did I kick the habit for a long time, but I lost almost 50 pounds while doing it. I felt more focused and happier in general. I would recommend exercise to anyone. It may be very tough to push yourself at first, but once you get into a routine, you'll almost always look forward to getting your blood pumping.

Great article. I suffered from post-partum mood disorder with both of my babies. Proper diet and exercise truly saved my life. It is great to highlight the mood benefits of exercise.

"Mood-elevating" is one of the reasons why I persist to work out! Many times I thought of stopping working out due to some overwhelming activities, but I don't because the days that I don't work out my productivity decline, I feel tired and exhausted easily, stressed out... you name it. Once I'm back to working out the results were really impressive! I feel fully awake, full of energy, very excited to do what I do ...etc.
Most of us know that pursuing some kind of physical activities is the best way to relieve your stress, i.e. Stress Reliever!
